Prosciutto Ricotta Pizza
Let dough temper and heat oven to 475°F.
Stretch dough to create 12" circle or a 9x13" rectangle.
Lightly oil baking sheet and place the dough on pan.
Top with mozzarella cheese and ricotta.
Bake for 10-12 min or until cheese is golden and bottom of crust is lightly browned.
Remove from oven and top with prosciutto & arugula.
Drizzle with hot honey and serve.
