Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs

Step 1

Boil a pot of water over medium heat.

Step 2

Cook eggs for 9-12 min depending on how done you like your eggs.

Step 3

As eggs cook, fill bowl with cold water and ice.

Step 4

Cool eggs in ice water for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Using a spoon, lightly tap each egg to crack shells and peel.

Enjoy on their own, on in an egg salad sandwich or on a salad.
