Pre-Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°F & line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 1

Make mochi - whisk mochiko flour, sugar, & water.

Step 2

Microwave mochi ingredients then cool.

Step 3

Whisk dry cookie ingredients.

Step 4

Cream wet cookie ingredients then combine dry & wet ingredients.

Step 5

Form cookie dough balls and mochi balls.

Step 6

Put mochi balls into cookie dough.

Step 7

Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes, until golden. Then enjoy!
