Parmesan Frico (Cheese Crisps)

Parmesan Frico (Cheese Crisps) are light, crisp, and add the perfect pop to  pasta, salads, polenta, and more!

Step 1

Heat oven to 400°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Mix parmesan, rosemary, and pepper.

Step 3

Spoon cheese mixture onto baking sheet and gently form flat circles.

Step 4

Bake for about 7 min, or until golden.

Step 5

Let the cheese crisps cool to get crispy.

Step 6

Enjoy on their own, with polenta, and more!
