Oven Roasted Onions

Step 1

Cut onion in half then remove outer layers.

Step 2

Drizzle olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and herbs.

Step 3

Bake for 35 to 45 min, or until golden brown.

Step 4

Transfer to serving dish and season with more salt, pepper, and herbs.

Step 5

Serve and enjoy!
