Oat Milk Pancakes (Dairy-Free)


Step 1

Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Step 2

Whisk egg, oat milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter.

Step 3

Mix dry and wet ingredients together.

Step 4

Heat skillet over low-medium heat and add oil.

Step 5

Add batter to the pan, about ¼ cup per pancake.

Step 6

Once underside turns golden, flip pancake over and cook until golden.

Step 7

Use all batter then serve with butter and syrup.
