Miso Jidori Chicken Thighs

Step 1

Make miso sauce - mix miso paste, sake, mirin, and soy sauce.

Step 2

Dry chicken then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 3

Cook chicken over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until skin turns golden.

Step 4

Simmer chicken in miso sauce.

Step 5

Slice chicken into strips then sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions.

Step 6

Enjoy on a rice bowl or in ramen!
