Miso Jidori Chicken Thighs
Make miso sauce
- mix miso paste, sake, mirin, and soy sauce.
with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until skin turns golden.
Simmer chicken in miso sauce.
Slice chicken into strips then sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions.
Enjoy on a rice bowl or in ramen!
