Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Drizzle garlic with olive oil then wrap in foil & roast for 45 min.

Step 3

Remove garlic cloves from bulb.

Step 4

Mix garlic, butter, pepper, herbs, and miso.

Step 5

Enjoy miso butter on meat, veggies, pasta OR

Step 6

Roll it into a log and save it for later.
