Miso Caramel Popcorn



Preheat oven to 250°F and line baking sheet.

Step 1

Make popcorn - Cook oil and popcorn kernels over medium heat.

Step 2

Make caramel sauce - Stir corn syrup, sugar, miso paste, & salt over low heat.

Step 3

Increase heat to medium & cook  until sugar is completely dissolved.

Step 4

Mix in vanilla extract and baking soda then coat popcorn.

Step 5

Bake popcorn in single layer for 45 min stirring every 15 min.

Step 6

Let popcorn cool then break apart and enjoy.
