Lobster Ravioli with Lemon Garlic Browned Butter Sauce

Step 1

Boil lobster ravioli until al dente.

Step 2

While lobster cooks, make the sauce. Start by heating butter in pan.

Step 3

Cook garlic in butter for about 1 minute then remove garlic from pan.

Step 4

Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and Italian parsley.

Step 5

Toss ravioli in lemon garlic butter sauce.

Step 6

Season with flaky sea salt and garnish with parsley then enjoy.
