SOFT BOILED JAMMY EGGS
Boil water over medium heat in a sauce pan or small pot.
Carefully lower the eggs in the water and cook for 7 minutes.
As the eggs cook, fill a medium size bowl with cold water and ice.
Once eggs have boiled for 7 minutes, place eggs in ice water for 3-5 minutes.
Use spoon to lightly tap each egg to crack the shell.
Enjoy for breakfast, in ramen, salad, or an egg salad sandwich.
