How to Temper Chocolate

Step 1

Make double boiler with saucepan and heat resistant glass bowl.

Step 2

Simmer water in saucepan then cover with glass bowl.

Step 3

Add 2/3 of chocolate then stir until melted.

Step 4

Remove bowl from heat and stir in remaining ⅓ of chocolate.

Step 5

Dip your favorite fruit in the chocolate!

Step 6

Or your favorite nuts and cookies!
