How to Roast Hazelnuts

Step 1

Roast hazelnuts in oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

Step 2

Place kitchen towel over mixing bowl and transfer hazelnuts to towel.

Step 3

Cover nuts and allow them to steam for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Rub towel between your hands to create friction and loosen skins from the nuts.

Step 5

Serve and enjoy!
