How to Make Yuzu Ponzu Sauce


– Kombu - Katsuobushi  – Mirin & Rice vinegar  – Soy sauce  – Yuzu citrus extract

Step 1

Cook kombu, katsuobushi, mirin, and rice vinegar until mixture simmers.

Step 2

Strain mixture to remove katsuobushi and kombu, then pour mixture into jar.

Step 3

Add soy sauce and yuzu juice to jar.

Step 4

Shake jar until mixture is combined.
