How to Make Truffle Aioli


– Mayo – Lemon Juice – Grated Garlic – Truffle Oil  – Salt & Pepper - Lemon Zest

Step 1

Whisk mayo, truffle oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, & garlic in a bowl.

Step 2

Season with salt and pepper and add more lemon juice to taste.

Step 3

Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
