Step 1

Cook rice on stovetop or in rice cooker.

Step 2

Make the tuna - mix drained tuna, Kewpie mayo, Sriracha, sesame oil, and furikake.

Step 3

Use hands to shape rice into balls.

Step 4

Make indentation in the center of the rice, add tuna, then cover with more rice.

Step 5

Use hands to gently angle ball into triangle shape.

Step 6

Wrap rice balls with nori, roll in sesame seeds.

Step 7

Enjoy onigiri right away or wrap in plastic wrap and take to go.
