Step 1

Toast panko breadcrumbs until golden, then transfer to a bowl and let cool.

Step 2

Make spicy kewpie mayo sauce - Whisk kewpie mayo, Sriracha, soy sauce, and mirin.

Step 3

Use 2 forks to gently shred Kani sticks, then place the shredded sticks into a bowl.

Step 4

Toss kani with tobiko, cucumber, and spicy mayo.

Step 5

Transfer ingredients to serving bowl then top with extra tobiko and toasted panko.

Step 6

Serve and enjoy!
