Pre-Preparation

Preheat the oven 150°F.

Step 1

Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

Step 2

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.

Step 3

Dip each slice of bread in mixture until well-coated then place in skillet 2 at a time.

Step 4

Fry each side until golden brown, about 2-3 min on each side.

Step 5

After you fry each slice, place in oven to keep warm.

Step 6

Once all slices are fried, dust slices with powdered sugar & top with fresh fruit.

Step 7

Serve with butter and maple syrup and enjoy!
