How to Make Miso Sauce


– White Miso Paste – Sugar – Sake – Mirin

Step 1

Whisk miso, sugar, sake, and mirin in small saucepan over low heat.

Step 2

Heat until the mixture becomes thick and liquidy, about 7-10 minutes.

Step 3

Remove from heat and give the mixture a stir and enjoy!

Step 4

Use as a glaze for eggplant OR

A glaze for Fish, chicken, and more!

Just remember not to add glaze until last couple minutes or glaze will burn.
