How to Make Crispy Rice Squares

Step 1

Make rice on stovetop or in rice cooker.

Step 2

Add rice vinegar to make sushi rice

Step 3

Line baking sheet with parchment paper then spread rice.

Step 4

Cool rice in freezer for 30 min then cut into squares.

Step 5

Pan fry rice squares for 3 minutes on each side.

Step 6

Drain oil then enjoy as a tasty snack OR
