Fried Egg Burger

How to Make a

Step 1

Mix beef, garlic powder, salt, & pepper in large bowl.

Step 2

Form mixture into 4 patties.

Step 3

For medium rare, cook patties in skillet over medium heat for 4 min on each side.

Step 4

In last minute, melt cheese on patties.

Step 5

While patties cook, toast buns until golden brown.

Step 6

In a separate skillet, melt butter. Crack eggs on skillet then sprinkle salt & pepper on top.

Step 7

Cook until egg whites go from clear to white and edges crisp, then transfer burger.

Step 8

Assemble burgers with your favorite spread, lettuce, tomato, and onions.
