How to Cook White Fish

Step 1

Pat fish dry with a paper towel then season with salt & pepper.

Step 2

Cook fillets over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes.

Step 3

Cook other side for 3-4 min until fish is caramelized around edges.

Step 4

Add butter to pan and baste fillets as butter melts.

Step 5

Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges then serve!
