Set the oven to broil on high.

What is Bavette Steak?

Bavette steak is flank steak, a juicy and tender cut.

Step 1

Make 20 small incisions in steak and stuff garlic in each incision.

Step 2

Place steak on baking sheet & season w/ salt and pepper.

Step 3

Drizzle with olive oil, then broil for 7-8 minutes for medium rare.

Step 4

Let steak rest for 5 minutes then slice and serve.

Step 5

Enjoy with sides like pan fried potatoes and
