How to Caramelize Onions for Burgers
Place a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
Add chopped onions and cook for 5 min then season with salt and pepper and stir.
Continue to cook for another 15-20 min, until onions are browned.
Add tbsp of water every few min and stir, repeat until onions are deep brown and caramelized.
