Honey Lavender Simple Syrup

Honey Lavender Simple Syrup is a lovely floral sweetener that elevates the simplest treats, from coffee to baked goods.

Step 1

Warm water over low heat.

Step 2

Stir in honey and dried lavender flowers.

Step 3

Remove from heat & allow dried lavender to infuse in honey for  30 min.

Step 4

Strain honey syrup through sieve then store for later.

Step 5

Enjoy with coffee, tea, cocktails, and more!
