Homemade Unsweetened Applesauce
Peel, core, and dice apples then add to pot.
Add water, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
Mash or puree depending on how thick you want sauce.
Serve warm or cool then store.
Enjoy as a healthy snack OR
Or on top of ice cream!
