Wash the tomatoes

Pre-Preparation

In a pot or dutch oven, heat olive oil and butter on medium heat

Cast Iron Pan

Step 1

Cook the aromatics in the pot or dutch oven

Step 2

Add vodka and let sauce simmer for about 7 minutes

Step 3

Puree tomatoes then add to sauce to cook

Step 4

Boil pasta then drain and set aside

Step 5

Once sauce is cooked, add Parmigiano-Reggiano and Greek yogurt

Step 6

Scoop the pasta into the sauce and stir to combine, then serve
