Honey Teriyaki Sauce


– Mirin – Honey – Sake – Gluten Free Shoyu or Tamari

Step 1

Whisk gluten free soy sauce, mirin, honey, and sake in pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Once mixture boils, turn down heat and simmer for 10 min.

Step 3

Remove from heat and enjoy!

Or fish, veggies, chicken, and more!

Just remember not to add glaze until last couple minutes or glaze will burn.
