Wash the vegetables


Add oil to pot or dutch oven and heat on medium heat

Hot dish

Step 1

Add bell pepper and onion to pot or dutch oven to cook

Step 2

Once bell pepper and onion are cooked, add ground turkey

Step 3

Once ground turkey is cooked, add remaining ingredients, then let simmer for 25 minutes

Step 4

While chili is simmering, cut, season, and bake crunchy garlic tortilla strips 

Step 5

Serve with Crunchy Garlic Tortilla Strips, cheese, Greek yogurt, onions, cilantro, and lime juice
