Step 1

Turn the broiler on the high setting (500°F).

Step 2

Arrange collars on baking sheet then brush with mirin.

Step 3

Sprinkle collars with kosher or sea salt.

Step 4

Broil for 7-10 min, until lightly browned

Step 5

Squeeze lemon juice then enjoy.
