Gluten Free Mochi Waffles

Step 1

Pre-heat the waffle iron.

Step 2

Whisk dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, & salt.

Step 3

Whisk wet ingredients - Eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, & butter.

Step 4

Mix wet and dry ingredients then let batter rest for 5 min to make waffle rise.

Step 5

Brush oil or non-stick spray on waffle iron then pour in batter.

Step 6

Cook for 3-5 min until waffles are golden & crispy.

Step 7

Serve with syrup, butter, powdered sugar, & berries.
