Gluten Free Matcha Granola

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2

Whisk rolled oats, chia seeds, nuts, sea salt, ginger, & matcha powder.

Step 3

Mix in oil, sweetener, & vanilla extract.

Step 4

Bake granola for 20-25 min.

Step 5

Cool granola for 40 min then enjoy!

Step 6

Store in an airtight container then enjoy for up to 2 weeks.
