Gluten-Free Coconut Macaroons

Gluten-Free Coconut Macaroons are chewy chocolate-dipped coconut cookies made without flour. They have a crispy outside, tender inside, and require minimal effort to make.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325°F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Mix coconut flakes, vanilla, almond extract, condensed milk, and salt.

Step 3

Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Step 4

Combine egg whites and coconut mixture.

Step 5

Scoop dough onto parchment paper

Step 6

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Step 7

Melt chocolate in microwave safe bowl then dip cookies.

Step 8

Let the cookies cool then enjoy!
