Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Drizzle olive oil on garlic then wrap in foil and roast for 40-45 min.

Step 3

Remove garlic cloves from bulb.

Step 4

Mix garlic, butter, pepper, herbs, and lemon zest.

Step 5

Enjoy butter on steak, chicken, and veggies OR

Step 6

Roll it and save it for later.
