Furikake and Lemon Shishito Peppers

Pre-Preparation

Heat oil on medium heat before cooking the peppers

Cast Iron Pan

Step 1

Cook the peppers until they begin to blister

Step 2

Cook peppers for 2 more minutes and toss with garlic until evenly coated

Step 3

Remove peppers from heat then toss in furikake and squeeze lemon juice on top

Step 4

Serve and enjoy
