Fried Rice with Spam, Bacon & Eggs

Step 1

Cook rice in rice cooker or stovetop.

Step 2

Cook bacon and spam until lightly browned with crispy edges.

Step 3

Cook onions and celery using leftover bacon oil.

Step 4

Add cooked rice then pour soy sauce over ingredients until coated.

Step 5

Make 5 minute soft boiled eggs.

Step 6

Assemble and serve with soy sauce, furikake, ketchup, & Sriracha.
