Fried Egg Burger

Step 1

Mix beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in bowl.

Step 2

Form into 4 patties.

Step 3

Cook patties in skillet over medium heat for 4 min on each side for medium rare.

Step 4

In last minute of cooking, add cheese on top patties.

Step 5

While patties cook, toast buns until golden brown.

Step 6

Heat butter in separate skillet. Crack eggs onto skillet and sprinkle salt & pepper on top.

Step 7

Cook until egg whites go from clear to white and edges crisp, then transfer egg to burger.

Step 8

Assemble burgers on toasted buns with your favorite spread, lettuce, tomato, and onions.
