Press dough into bottom and sides of tart pan until even.

Step 3

Make the mascarpone filling - Whisk mascarpone, lemon zest, honey, and vanilla extract until fluffy.

Step 4

Pour mascarpone mixture into tart shell and spread evenly.

Step 5

Drizzle honey and serve.
