Fig and Honey Mascarpone Tart
Wash the figs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Make the crust - Whisk flour, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract then add butter and combine ingredients with hands until dough forms.
dough into bottom and sides of tart pan until even.
Make the mascarpone filling - Whisk mascarpone, lemon zest, honey, and vanilla extract until fluffy.
Pour mascarpone mixture into tart shell and spread evenly.
Drizzle honey and serve.
