Easy Spinach Pesto
Fill a bowl with water and ice, and add spinach to chill.
Pulse spinach and cheese in food processor until well-blended.
Add in pine nuts and garlic, and blend again.
Add in salt and olive oil. Then blend until creamy and smooth.
Enjoy in pasta OR
