Easy Browned Butter Brownie Blondies



Preheat oven 350°F.

Step 1

Grease a square pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

Make browned butter - Heat butter in pan over medium heat and whisk until it cooks.

Step 3

Whisk butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla

Step 4

Whisk in dry ingredients - flour and salt.

Step 5

Make brownie batter - Repeat steps 3 & 4 with brownie ingredients.

Step 6

Create a checkerboard in the brownie pan using the two batters.

Step 7

Use a toothpick or chopstick to create swirls in the batter.

Step 8

Bake brownie blondies for 25-30 minutes.

Step 9

Let cool then slice and enjoy!
