Crispy Chewy Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies
have the perfect crisp initial bite and soft, chewy center. Each bite is packed with chocolate chunks, crunchy walnuts, and rich brown sugar.
Preheat oven to 375°F & line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream butter, granulated sugar, & brown sugar until fluffy.
Reduce speed to low and add vanilla and eggs.
Mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and kosher salt.
Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Make cookie dough balls then freeze for 30 minutes.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
Let cookies cool then enjoy on their own or with milk!
