Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Pre-Preparation

Wash the spinach and cut the artichokes.

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

Step 2

Mix Greek yogurt, Parmigiano reggiano, and cream cheese.

Step 3

Stir in spinach, garlic powder, artichoke hearts, salt, and pepper.

Step 4

Scoop mixture into a baking dish then sprinkle cheese on top.

Step 5

Bake for 20 minutes then serve.
