Chocolate Covered Pecans
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Use a microwave to melt ⅔ of the chocolate.
Heat chocolate in 30 second intervals at 50% power stirring between each interval
Gradually stir in the remaining ⅓ chocolate.
Use 2 forks to toss pecans until thoroughly coated or just dip half of pecan.
Freeze pecans for 20 min then enjoy!
