Chocolate Covered Banana Bites
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Peel and slice bananas into ½-inch coins.
Add a small dollop of peanut butter to each slice.
Use a microwave to melt ⅔ of the chocolate.
Heat chocolate in 30 sec intervals at 50% power, stirring between each interval
Gradually stir in the remaining ⅓ chocolate.
Dip bananas with fork then place on parchment paper.
Freeze bananas for 20 min then enjoy!
