Chocolate and Coffee Biscotti
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a large mixing bowl, make the flour-cocoa powder-coffee mixture.
Using a mixer, cream butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs.
Add in flour mixture and continue to mix until dark brown and homogenous.
Bake dough logs for 35 minutes or until firm then let cool.
Bake again for 10 minutes or until crisp then allow to cool and enjoy!
