Step 1

Make roasted garlic -drizzle garlic cloves with olive oil.

Step 2

Wrap garlic in aluminum foil then roast for 45 min.

Step 3

Mash together butter and roasted garlic in bowl.

Step 4

Fold in freshly cracked pepper, herbs, and lemon zest.

Step 5

Tenderize chicken then season.

Step 6

Sear chicken for 5 min then cook on middle rack for 10-13 min.

Step 7

Add slice of garlic butter then let rest 5 min before serving.
