Caramel Popcorn with Miso
Preheat oven to 250°F and line baking sheet.
- Cook popcorn kernels in oil
Make caramel sauce
- Stir corn syrup, sugar, miso paste, & salt over low heat.
Increase heat to medium & cook until sugar is dissolved.
Mix in vanilla extract & baking soda then coat popcorn in caramel mixture.
Bake popcorn for 45 min stirring every 15 min.
Let popcorn cool then break apart and enjoy.
