Pre-Preparation

Wash and cut fruit and preheat oven to 150°F.

Step 1

Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

Step 2

Pour egg mixture in a shallow dish or bowl then dip each slice of bread in the mixture until well-coated.

Step 3

Fry each side of bread until golden brown.

Step 4

After you fry each slice, add them to a baking dish and place in the oven to keep warm.

Step 5

Once all the slices are fried, dust with powdered sugar and toss with fresh berries.
