BBQ Pulled Chicken Burgers

Step 1

Pour BBQ sauce, mustard, vinegar, & water in slow cooker.

Step 2

Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cumin.

Step 3

Cook chicken in slow cooker.

Step 4

Shred chicken then add it back to slow cooker. Add remaining BBQ sauce.

Step 5

Make coleslaw - Mix yogurt, water, vinegar, lemon juice, pepper, salt, garlic powder, mustard, & honey.

Step 6

Coat cabbage & carrots in coleslaw dressing.

Step 7

Assemble burgers with pulled chicken, coleslaw, and brioche bun!
