Step 1

Blend hazelnuts in food processor

Step 2

Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Step 3

Mix in flour, hazelnuts, and kosher salt.

Step 4

Divide dough into 2 equal logs then chill for 20 min.

Step 5

Cut each log into  ½-inch pieces.

Step 6

Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Step 7

Melt chocolate then mix in Nutella.

Step 8

Add chocolate mixture to each cookie.

Step 9

Let chocolate set then enjoy!
